Cake ingredients:
- 6 Eggs
- ¾ cup Sugar
- 1 cup flour
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 teaspoon Royal
Filled cream cheese ingredients:
- 8 gr Grenetina
- 370 gr Soft cream cheese
- 30 ml Vanilla
- 5 egg yolks
- 100 gr Sugar
- 300 ml Whipping cream
- Chopped fruit to taste
Cake procedure:
- Beat the eggs in a 5 Plus Professional Mixer - KP25M0XER - KitchenAid with balloon attachment at speed 6 until they reach ¾ of their capacity.
- Add the sugar in the form of a rain shower and let it mix again by ¾ parts.
- Sift the dry ones, remove the paste from the blender and add them alternating with the milk, here the desired flavor is added in essence, concentrate or powder
- Bake in a medium Travessa brand tray greased with vegetable shortening, baking paper and more vegetable shortening.
- Bake for approximately 12-15 minutes at 180°C
Cream cheese procedure:
- Hydrate the gelatin in a little water in a Measuring Cup 240ml / 8.1oz - Pyr-o-re
- Beat the cream in an Oster brand hand mixer until firm peaks form and set aside.
- Cream the cream cheese with the vanilla, yolks and sugar, with the help of the mixer.
- Melt the gelatin and add to the cheese mixture until integrated, mix both mixtures (cheese and whipped cream)
- Refrigerate for approximately 2 hours in an 850ml Mixing Bowl - MXB-75Q - Winco
