Credit or Debit Cards

Your order will be subject to payment confirmation by one of the banking entities and risk centers. If your payment is successful, in two days you will be receiving a second email notifying you of the shipment of the product to your home with the tracking number for tracking.

OXXO (Cash payment)

Your order will remain pending dispatch until you make cash payment at any of the authorized branches. Once you make your payment, in two days you will be receiving a second email notifying you of the shipment of the product to your home with the tracking number for tracking.

SPEI (Bank Transfer)

Your order will be confirmed by the financial institution, in two days you will be receiving a second email notifying the shipment of the product to your home with the tracking number for tracking.

Grades:

Banking entities may charge commissions and/or fees for the use of their services, so we suggest that you check with your bank for possible applicable rates. In no transaction CRISTALERÍA LA ÚNICA charges in whole or in part any commission made by banking entities.

CRISTALERÍA LA Única does not store passwords, PINs, bank account or card numbers in any way, so it is not responsible for total or partial damage derived from misuse, theft, cloning, or any act of harm to the owner of the the information stated.

Payment by Debit or Credit Card is provided by CONEKTA, its use is governed by the terms and conditions of this site outside our company. Likewise, the Cash Payment service and through Internet Banking is provided in the same way by CONEKTA, its use is subject to the terms and conditions of this site outside our company.

PRODUCT RETURN

1. Contact Customer Service at +52 01 (33) 36752655 or via email at antencionaclientes@ cristalerialaunica.com

2. Request a product exchange or refund.

3. Send the product on your own to our warehouse at Av. Cañas 3672, Colonia Álamo Industrial, CP 44490, Guadalajara, Jalisco.

4. We will evaluate the condition of the product, and send your new order or instructions to the bank for refund.

5. You receive the new order or your money.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

*1) The product must remain new and unused and has not suffered essential deterioration.

*2) It must be delivered in its original packaging, whether box or wrapper, with its original labels without having been removed.
*3) You have a period of 5 (five) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
*4) The product must have been purchased at www. cristalerialaunica.com.mx
