This exquisite garlic and onion bread is an ode to simplicity and comforting flavor. We form a volcano with the flour, sugar, salt, yeast and milk.
Once mixed, we let the dough rest until it doubles in volume.
Then we roll out our dough with a WINCO model ARP-18 rolling pin, add the cold stew and roll it up.
We close the edge with egg, cut into 10 cm pieces. And we place it face up on a Travessa brand baking tray, varnish with egg wash with a Progresive brand silicone brush.
